Branch County, MI | Normally we disc/chisel then finish with a disc and packer. Our disc needs updated but are considering a soil finisher. We are on sandy loam, irrigated, corn after corn. We use s-tines behind the chisel to knock down ridges. Just curios on how well soil finisher will smooth things out and if irrigated corn will be to much trash even after being disc/chiseled. Also how hard do soil finishers pull? I will be using a 2013 Magnum 180. Thanks Derek | |
