330 acres, 280 tillable sold for 2,680,000 last night. Maybe squeeze another 10-15 tillable out of the 5 tracts but right now it was about $9600 per tillable acre. One buyer, two good size local farmers bidding back and forth. Guess that $.14 rally in beans gave them some confidence. I ran the numbers, and they make it look scary at today's prices on those APH #'s.
