Devils Lake, ND | I'm going to check out the cost of having one built locally. This will be a Windows machine, used to do the regular office stuff. I do find myself running several applications at one time, and and regularly annoyed by my current tablet running slow because of it. (It's a Vista machine with a 2.1 gig chip, 32 bit, and 4 meg of RAM)
I am willing to pay extra for more speed and performance. I'm thinking 64 bit and 6 meg+ of RAM all the way. What do you recommend, and what will it cost, custom-made. All I need is the machine; I have a monitor, keyboard, ect.
Also, what do you recommend for a printer/scanner/fax? I lean towards HP but am not locked in to them.
