NEMO | I have a lap top and 2 desk tops that I am planning on selling at an upcoming yard sale. I would like to wipe the hard drives and install XP. I have the XP install. I don't want to spend a lot of money on doing this as the computers probably will not bring much. I am inexperienced with messing with hard drives. What do I need and what is involved with wiping and reformatting a hard drive? I have seen alot of websites that "walk" you through this proceedure and make it seem farily easy to do, but I am unsure of the validity of some of them. Thanks. | |
