Have a 105u that the pto speed doesn't change when you swap out the shafts. It's in 540 with the 540 shaft in but when you put the 1000 shaft in it still only goes 540 rpm. I looked at the parts diagram and there is a plunger, lever, fork and a collar that changes changes between the two gears. Anyone have any ideas what fails before I dig into it?
