NS Canada | I have a 1080p PTZ camera mounted outback in the yard, and sometimes its clear as a bell and will be showing upwards of 4000 kb/s in the corner of the image. Then out of no where it will drop to about 900, and although its still not terrible, the image becomes more cloudy looking, especially when zoomed in (26x)
Why would it vary like this? Is it trying to save memory itself, or what controls this variation?
