Subject: Skid steer V-plow

East Central Ia
Does anyone make a skid steer v-plow like a mini version of what road graders use?

I would like something with a much shallower attack angle to get underneath hard snow and lift it up, with flared edges and plenty of roll to get the snow moving to the outside and throw it farther away.

Currently have a Virnig Vplow and the spring trip mechanism trips WAY to easy. It also has such a blunt attack angle that it wants to ride up on snow rather then peel it and break it up.

We use our skid steer to clear snow unless it’s light and easy to move then we use our 3/4 truck with a Hiniker Scoop plow. The pickup takes 10x longer in hard to push snow.

This year has been ridiculous and need a better setup.

Had to resurrect the old snow blower this year but we don’t have a a good tractor to use it on. Backing up all the time is hard on my neck and all our sub 300hp cab tractors are 2wd.

Not sure if we mess around and build a way to mount a blower on the front of a tractor or figure out a better plow situation so our blower is needed less.

Our tractors are JX 80 cab less, 5088, 5288, 5488, and then 400+ hp track tractors.
