Subject: Double wall fuel tank

SW Indiana
I'm looking at a 12,000 double wall tank with enclosed box on the end with a pump.

Questions:

Can I put a T in the line coming off the pump and run 2 lines with automatic nozzles to fill 2 sides of semi truck tanks at the same time?

We use 6500 gallons a month, mostly just buying at local mom and pop truck stop. I've talked to the owners about buying tanker loads from them, says it'll average .20 savings, does that sound fair? Seems like we would be using enough to justify a tank?

Tank I'm looking at is used, trucking company that retired. What is a used tank worth $1/gallon? I don't know how old it is, supposed to find out Monday.

Here is a picture of the actual tank.
