Subject: 2016 John Deere 8345RT steering problems

Hi. Bought a new to me 2016 John Deere 8345rt last spring. Have struggled from day one to get this thing to steer correctly. It is really sensitive when u steer it one direction then very slow to respond the other way. John Deere has been out 6 times and we just can’t seem to get this tractor right. It really effects my auto steer pulling our high speed planter. “ I have tried adjusting steering sensitivity setting with no luck”. Deere has put on a new steering controller that did not fix it and have also adjust steering pressures as well as calibration. But nothing seems to fix this problem. You cannot go over 14-15 mph on the road because this tractor is plain unsafe. My dealer has worked great with me on this problem but we just can seem to get it right. It’s getting very frustrating. We also own a 9560rt and have never had any problems with that tractor as it steers great. Just wondering if anyone else has had these issues with an RT and how they fixed the problem. Thanks in advance!
