Southwest Central, Ohio | Does it bother anyone to sign the tech agreements ? Do you even read them ? You know a building full over lawyers spent weeks drawing them up ( to there benefit, I have never saved seed or used unregulated chemicals , but it bothers me that so often it’s “ here sign this “ ( mine doesn’t,leaves it for me to read ) and it’s done . I read them to the best of my ability ( not a lawyer) and sign , but usually right across the top “ good for crop year ( 2020 ) only and initial it . Well now they ( cortela ) wants it signed for next year for seed I haven’t even ordered yet , and kicked it back and said not good enough! Not a fuss with my seed man , he’s a good fella but the company. Sorry old man rant , now get of my lawn . | |
