Central Missouri | And they are good at it. They have huge volumes of soybeans to buy and they are working their plan to buy them as cheap as possible. Pretty soon they will switch their focus from buying s.a. Beans to U.S. beans because s.a. will be tapped out. They have to restock their strategic reserve and fulfill the huge current demand without prices increasing until the job is done.
They will continue to buy on every price dip, not only cash beans but I believe they are buying futures and options on every dip. When the time comes, around harvest, they will release the market to move up.
Chinese demand like the world is seeing is exactly what we need. We also need price to stay low all summer. It will provide fuel for the fire. Then the bean market needs something to light the match.
