NH 570 baler twine hanging up on billhook

Subject: NH 570 baler twine hanging up on billhook



Central Iowa		On my NH 570 baler the twine keeps hanging up on the billhook, wrapping around the back side, over the roller. I believe the knife arm gets it off the bottom of the billhook. Not sure why it keeps doing this.

Any suggestions?
