KS | According to their webite they got 4,500 people on this management program, but I can't remember seeing them before Feb 2009 with BinManager. So I'm wonden who got the system and how long you've had it for? I've thinking about buying a system like this for a few years now and want to make sure someone's around to service the darn thing.

| Intelliair has been around for i believe 10 years. I bought a system from them in the past which works. But I must say that there new system "Bin Manager" is at our new bin site fully auto controls and we love it. We dried 23% corn down to 15% for about .05bu on 38,000bu |

KS | really they've been around 10 years. i don't remember seeing them before now oh well. so what did they sell you before bin manager? like a said i need to know someone will be around in 5 years if i need some service. i am just not getting the good feeling i need to buy such an expanisive system and now i know this is a new system how can they have 4,500 people on there program. somethings just don't add up. i wonder what other system might be out there that can back up the facts. |

mo/IA | I purchased my intelliair system in 2006, When i purchased my system they gave a list of references to call. I was vry impressed with how each customer was very happy with customer service. I would call them 888-862-6046 they were very helpful with my needs; |

mo/IA | I have a BinManager system.... i went to this system because of the upgrades and features it had form the system they installed back in 2003.
I have to say Ive been very impressed with there customer service and there knowledge of grain management. |

KS | you upgraded because they no longer supported that system? i understand that the bin manager have improvements but if i dont want to upgrade i need to know they still service the old stuff two. i've been looking at some systems from these guys, http://www.opistormax.com/ and http://www.grainqualitycontrol.com/index.html seems like they might be around a while and they make the system, which i like because they support the system no matter what they have in the future. has anyone work with these before?

mo/IA | Not at all they work with me form day one Im in IA and there home office is out of south KC. at the beginning i thought that after the said they would be around to service the system i thought
that they might not but went for it. On more then one occasion i would have a voicemail saying that they were coming up to check on my system. And to my surprise they did when i had a problem they fixed it. Ive never 2nd guessed there staff for a min. due to the fact that they have been there time and time again as well as Ive saved money with the advice and countless hours being able to have my bin set up to turn off and on as they need to . Ill say this they 2 systems that you listed Ive heard nothing but negative things.... That is based on the fact that my friends son bought a system form one of those company's and in the first year had to replace the hole thing. I'm not sure if they have replaced it but we all went to dinner and spoke to Intelliair and Im sure my next year they will have there system. |

KS | so they just come by and check on thing even if you dont call them? which system didn't work and whats the problem? i still dont no guess ill have to keep watching and see what happens with these systems, i'm not that good on the internet so i dont no if i could manage it from the web and that 4500 number still makes me worryed, ill keep looking n watchca.

mo/IA | Yes they call just to let me know when they are coming by or if there in the area and if i need anything. The OPI system. And it was the Agri-Dry system that didnt work for my friends farm.
I did find out that they want to save a little money and went with a handheld unit that they offer. So theirs no internet involved. I will say this that on of the farmers i spoke with came out of Ray vile LA. and another out of IN and one out of MO. and i have been to 4 farm show this year alone ,and there always at the shows. So that number is more then likely not that far off... if not more. I would ask if you call in to speak with Clint Hardee or Todd Sears. |

KS | i just talked with a friend up in NE and he loves the bullseye controler, i think thats the Grain Quality one, he said that it was easy to use and the company is always there to work on it if needed. he said he's got 6 of em and one time one was hit by lighting the company came out and fixed the next day. But like I said i'm not to trusting of em companies but i might have to trust my friend in the end. funny you mention 4 trade shows they were at, i go to the big one in texas. thats where i picked some info up at, maybe i'll stop in see them at the salina farm show if theyre there.

mo/IA | Thats funny every time i called and spoke with Agri-dry they never want to give me refs. And on the first call Intelliair gave me 4 .....Oh well i know i bought a hell of a system and wish you all the best. GOOD LUCK |

| Yes they have been around for something like 10 yrs. They sold some opi system that has had so issues but service was First Class the times I called for a issue on the first system. But on the Bin Manager System they installed it and did a good job. I had problems with my fan (I said my fan) and they were nothing but helpful in helping me solve my issue. They stop in just to see how thinks are going and have updated it since it was installed no charge. So with that said call Intelliair and ask they are open with their system and provide great products and service. Further more for your info we haven't been charged for anything since installed. |
