SW MINNESOTA | I currently have a jd 9420r with about 1500 hours. All our other tractors are red but for have always had green 4wd. Anyway my Case IH dealer just presented me with a stupid good deal to trade for a new 420 Steiger. Thinking if I do trade will go with the cvt transmission since we like that in my magnum for grain cart and drag hose applicator applications. So couple main questions what will I like and not like in the Steiger vs the jd other than the big cab? Is one quieter than the other. Is the Case IH drawbar pull point any better for turning under load or is that just a sales gimmick. Wasn’t looking to trade at all but price seems to good not to. Thanks | |
