West Central Wisconsin | Friend works construction and is out of town. His wife returned home from work and noticed a car in their driveway near the garage. She yelled from the road asking if they needed help and young guy asked for jumper cables. She said sorry, she didn't have any and drove on. She called her husband while she drove around the block. A van was there now as she drove past again. Husband called a neighbor and by the time he got there so where the cops. Apparently another passerby thought something was fishy and called it in to county. Turns out it was 30-ish neighbor. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
IMO, the wife did everything right. She kept her distance and did not confront them. Also good to know someone else noticed and took action. | |
