We have a 1240 Caseih planter that the PTO plastic shield is damaged. I haven't been able to figure out how to get the PTO splined shaft to pull apart. Feels like there is a lock the will not let it come apart to slide the plastic shield off and on. Sure it is simple but so far I have not figured what the trick is.
