Geuda Springs, Kansas | I have a small precision ag and seed business with one technician that works somewhat remotely. I need him to be able to invoice through quickbooks on his own computer. I found how to manage that piece but Am a bit lost on managing the files so that we can both use them remotely. I used to be able to put a company file in drop box and share it that way but that doesn't seem to work anymore and some things I read now is that is discouraged. What have others done to network this program? We do have a server in the office but if I use the server for this can we use his computer in the field or would it just be limited to the office.
