North Central Kansas | I installed new LED lights on my 260 I bought. I put the front headlights in and the three lights in the center. When I was hooking up the ones in the center I did not see the tiny + & - symbol on them and hooked the two outer ones up backwards. When they did not come on I reversed them but they still would not come on. I checked them by switching the plugs with the center one which worked and they came on. Also the left headlight will not come on. I checked it with the other side and it works on that side. I looked on the parts diagram and I see a box with a diode and some relays and fuses for the headlights. Anyone have any idea where exactly this box is? It is not behind the seat. Service manager says it is on the firewall behind the engine. I must be blind because I cannot see a square black box anywhere. I have the connections on the left side in front of the cab but nothing with fuses or relays. A previous post talks about the diode in this box causing similar issues to what I am having.
Last night when I was planting I noticed that they outer two lights in the center came on and worked but when I went home and finished installing the rest of the lights that had came in they would not light up. Everything else works except for the two in the center and one headlight. I also do not have hi/lo using my turn signal switch.
