Central, IA | Is there a software solution that I can enter basis contracts and futures contracts seperately and apply them together to create a cash sale?
In the past we've recorded everything on a spreadsheet. This last year, we did more seperate basis/futures sales than we did cash sales. The has made keeping an accurate count on the spreadsheet a little challenging. Especially when dealling with multiple entities owning the crop.
I've played with grain bridge some in the past, but when I enter a basis contract for 1000 bushels and a futures price contract for 1000 bushels, it thinks I sold 2000 bushels.
