ESW ND
I'm talking about the like the JD 9400's or some of the others of that general era that are out there. I'm never been around them, never got to use them, but are there advantages to them? Things you hate? How deep can they actually go? Break easy? Could you band fertilizer with them? Do say like 10" spaced one dig up the soil much? Does anybody still use them? Anybody wish they still used them? What area were they popular and why? How vast of a difference is the performance of that type of hoe versus an air hoe drill? D o they do a better or worse job than a double disc? Do you still have to "work" the ground some before you can use the hoe drill? Why did they fall out of use? Any other info that I didn't ask about them would be nice to know.
I've never heard of any in my general area. Thanks, just curious of them.

Darn it, wrong forum spot.
