| Yesterday, Dave came in the motor home and asked me if I wanted to hike to the flag. I would like to say it is a huge mountain, but in reality, it is a big hill. I had already walked over two miles that morning and was hesitant because of the three joint replacements and ankles that roll. But something inside me told me to go. We took our time going up, then pictures at the top. Hard part was coming down. I had to watch every step to make sure my feet would land in the right place. Dave was so helpful turning around and letting me hang onto a second hiking pole. Even just hanging onto his backpack. Made it up and down in about 2.5 hours. Got over 20,000 steps in yesterday, but Dave said they were little steps. At least I can say that we did it.
