Manitoba | I'm wanting to do some proper air lines in my shop. I have a 7.5 hp compressor with an 80 gal tank set up in the far corner of a 50 x 70' shop. Not sure about whether I want to do a loop or not. Thinking if I did a 3/4" loop I'd have enough flow for my needs. The down side is going over the door. I'm not even sure if I need air down both sides of the shop with most jobs now being done by cordless tools. I could go with a line down just one side of shop maybe 1" or bigger. For the occasional high volume need I could just use a 3/4" hose to reach. That wouldn't be very often. Is RapidAir the best of the plastic/aluminum tube systems? The only dealer near here for them is Peavey Mart and they only stock a 1/2" system you might use in a garage. I could order online from RapidAir and pick it up at the border. Ive done that with other things. TIA | |
