North Central Alabama | I just bought a small tract of property that was "Land Locked" to me. The seller is a second cousin to me and we have a great relationship. We had it surveyed and a easement was described from a main road. He gave his daughter the tract that the easement goes through at the same time he sold me my property.
I just want to make dang sure if she sells or I sell my tract. I or buyer of my tract will still have access. Her deed reads. But mine does not have this clause in it.But does have the easement described.
Grantors reserve to themselves,their Heirs,Successors and Assigns,an ingress & egress easement over and across the above real property.
Am i covered?
