Have a 7400HC that cuts off going down the road at full throttle fill speed. Doesn't seem to have an issue while spraying at half throttle but go maybe half mile at road speed it will die. Opening the fuel tank does seem to be a vent problem. Is this the cutoff going bad? Tank screen?
