Braham MN. | I did a poor job of marketing my dads new crop beans this year, didn't sell enough ahead of time. Hauled in a load today, if the market stays down where it is currently, the difference between the contracted bushels and the spot sold bushels will be an even $3.00!!!!!! That's just insane, hind sight is sure kicking my azz this year....
I'll prolly frame the settlement paper to showcase the difference, as a reminder to SELL MORE WHEN THE PRICE IS GOOD.... I'll admit it, greed, holding out for .15 more to get an even $10, cost us $3 in the end. | |
