I am about to take an arm roast out of my pellet grill after 4 1/2 hours at 275. Smoked it for 2 hours prior. It's in a Dutch oven and stock. Drain it wrap it in tin foil and rest it? Or leave it coverered "wet" for the rest? Just serve it? Traeger recipe doesn't address it.
Might eat it before anyone sees this, no big deal...... but thanks. Thought I'd take a shot at this while I wait.
