Illinois | If you go into Main Menu > Message Center you'll be able to read the whole message. But yes, it probably will say WDT has lost power. The Wireless Data Transfer feature is communication between your GS3 display and the MTG controller on the tractor (nothing to do with the planter). If your tractor has a 3 or 4G MTG, has an active JDLink connect subscription, and has an Ethernet cable with one end plugged into the back of the GS3 and the other plugged into the MTG then you have the WDT feature. You can turn this feature off in the display by going to Main Menu > GS3 > GS3 (top right) > Memory. From here you can have you files automatically (no more USB) or manually get sent to your Operations Center. Most people leave it on, but it's your preference.
With it losing power their could be an issue with the MTG itself or maybe that Ethernet cabling has come undone and now the MTG is no longer communicating with the GS3 display. | |
