Central Oh | I've had 3 calves now for the past three consecutive years one calf per year that were fine one day and laying flat on their side the next almost dead. All three ended up dead so the last one that died just yesterday I had tested and came back positive for coccidia. All three of these calves approximatly 3-4 wks old and were a picture of health or so I thought. The question I have is can I treat the calves through cows milk with something like Rumensin or Bovatec? The calves don't really want anything to do with a creep feeder at that age and putting water out for just the calves with treatment in the water seems like a real pain. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks | |
