Subject: Any old Pontiac experts? GTO questions

Pierce county WI
Ok, I've been a Mopar man for a long time. I have a chance to buy a 69 GTO that I have known about for a long time. It's one owner, with only 72000 miles. 400, Muncie rock crusher 4 speed. Triple green. Sounds great, right? A couple problems. For years it sat outside behind the barn. Sinking in, and rusting more. It was a Wisconsin car since new. Complete. Then, a bunch of years ago, the owners son in law started taking it apart. The car is torn down to a body shell frame. The engine and trans are not taken apart. The endura bumper and grille are good. It's a really big project. I want another old muscle car, and this would be cool. Can you buy complete fastener kits, for the body, dash ECT. I've done major work to mopars, I'm assuming Pontiac might be a little more available for reproduction parts? So what's it worth? Is it worth fixing?
