SWND | Looking at upgrading self propelled swathers for this coming year, but really unsure of which way to go. Currently run a New Holland HW 340 with an HS16 head. Looking at something around the 90k dollar area (prefer cheaper). I just have alot of uncertainty on which direction to go as far as brand and the if I should go to a rotary or not. New Holland, John Deere and Macdon would all be about the same for service with Massey or in this area Challenger would be slighty behind. Not a big JD fan so would prefer to stay away but would consider. And then as far as the sickle vs. rotary area, we cut plenty of good alfal | |
