Snipesville, GA | Fan motor went out and in the process of getting the old fan out I broke the resistor. New motor has built in resistor I assume as can use single wire or low medium and high wires to control. I don't have a resistor and don't know which wires are certain speeds. I can buy a resistor or wire it straight. What would you guys do? Also I included a picture of resistor and would like to know which wires are which speed. Motor is from A and I. These two wires came in the kit and I don't really understand the one wire that splits and goes to ground. Has one female and one male spade.
