Subject: Strip Till help with K availability to Plant?

SE South Dakota
So I have a Soil Warrior sitting on my farm that I could rent, my bean stubble is already spread for corn, I was thinking of maybe running it on some stalks and planting beans to it. I have been No tilling most of our beans in between the rows lately. Any body strip till beans with much benefit?

My soils are in the low 20's CEC and Base Saturation K is 2% Calcium and PH are pretty low (need Lime)... Would putting the K (or P) in the strip help it from becoming tied up by my soil and more available for the beans late in the season when they need it??
