Subject: Raptor on Alfalfa in cold weather

Pasco WA.
I have a late planted new seeding of alfalfa that I need to kill the oat cover crop on. It's in the 40's during the day, nights are forcast to be in the high 20's the remainder of this week however they have been above freezing for several days now. Is it too cold for Raptor & Select?
