reading this morning on the oldies channel. jim Morrison of the doors wasn't to sing the words "girl we couldn't get much higher" on the ed Sullivan show. Ed wanted him to sing "girl we couldn't get better". he didn't, and ed told him after he'd never be on the show again. jim looked up took a drag off his smoke said "I've been on your show"
