perryton, tx | It's not a common weed in these parts but I have a circle infested with it. I sprayed Atrazine, Dicamba, and Valor in early March for Kochia control; worked great on the Kochia but Velvetleaf came right through it. After planting corn I sprayed RU, Atrazine, Status, and Corvus which killed the first flush of them but predictably have another flush already coming on. Other than the Velvetleaf the field is clean. | |
