Overall I think they are good but they did have a few issues with the DEF system if they weren't worked hard.

Had one for a 1 year lease, then a t8.435 the next year. The 90 had the power shift. Nice tractors. We're green people, we leased a versatile this last time.

I wouldn't recommend one. The air conditioner is about the only really good thing. We have had a cvt T8360, it was just a big disappointment, wouldn't do pull our ripper as good as our 8320 deere, tranny just slipped. We now have a T8410 with smarttrax its a powershift. It is an improvement over the cvt but still leaves a lot to be desired. It's got no guts to it, won't lug down much at all or it just falls on its face.

3 point hitch raises fine, till you turn on a remote to run the pump on the applicator, after that it's got to be half throttle or more to make it raise.

3 point hitch, and powershift clicker buttons don't work from time to time. You can hear the button click when you push it but nothing happens. Sometimes it takes multiple clicks to make anything happen. And besides all the above stuff I listed, the tractor is hideous to look at. There is a good reason used ones are so cheap.

Have a T8 390 for 2 1/2 years now. Had a red one go down during planting season and demoed this one. Ended staying on the place. A couple of things are different as far as controls but use to them now. Great fuel efficiency, reliable.

Very good tractor. Have had a couple with no issues. There were some CVT units that were shipped with wrong parts in them. Guessing it was a vendor issue and not NH. Basically same tractor as red one with a few different designs or control features.

We have a T8.300 and like it.  We use it mainly as a planter tractor and pulling a scraper.  Good visibility.  My son prefers it over our T9 for tillage in smaller fields and road travel.   The controls for the three point and especially to tilt the quick hitch are not very user friendly.  The only downtime was the engine lost power - ended up having to replace some stupid humidity sensor under the cab.  To their credit, as soon as the tech plugged in his laptop, it immediately read out the problem.  We like the front duals - very stable.

Same as a red one, but will turn shorter, ride better, and have a little different cab layout, tier 4a lacks in lugging power, tier4b/final will lug much better
