I know that this is a common problem with the Kawasaki water cooled engines on the Gators. I've got one, I've had the problem, and I know the answer!
Replace the float valve in the carburetor. It has a rubber tip that gets old and hard and leaks. So the float bowl is constantly overflowing. So then the plugs get fouled because ..... well any motorhead knows why.
