Subject: Need some advise on overgrown field

Mchenry, MD / Middleburg, VA
So I have a 20 acre field that was soybeans last year. Some things came up and it didnt get a cover or planted or sprayed. Now its overgrown(surprise). Stuff is about 2-3 feet tall.

What would you do? I know I probably missed my window to plant it now it's a mess but I'd like to get a fall cover of tillage radish in it. Probably planting in mid august.

Should I bushhog it, wait for regrowth and spray? Should I try to spray it now then bushhog it and spray again? Disc it under and spray? Any advice would be appreciated. Pictures below
