Subject: 7810 Manifold to Turbo Hose Blown Twice in Two Weeks. Why??

West Tennessee

We've owned this tractor for about 10 years. Has around 7k hours on it. I don't ever remember blowing this hose ever before. It blew about 2 weeks ago so we replaced it and just assumed it was old. Now it's blown again. I can only see a couple of scenarios. 1. The replacement hose just wasn't any good. 2. There is some sort of vibration that is getting it but I can't find anything loose. 3. Too much turbo pressure? I have no idea how that would happen. 4. Hose clamps too tight? So how much looser should they be? Anyone have any thoughts or seen this before? My main guy says everything has to come off the top to get the hose on. Looked like to me we could squeeze it in the gap without taking anything off but he knows better than me and it is a small gap.
