All too often on Ag Talk we hear about a bad experience or how something did not pan out how it was advertised or a customer is unhappy with a equipment purchase experience.

So in the spirit of giving credit and accolades when due I wanted to thank the fine folks at Wood County Implement in Bowling Green, Ohio for their attitude and ease to work with and their focus on what I needed as a customer.

Granted the piece I bought was not something huge or all that high dollar but I felt like I was still very much appreciated as a customer although I had never been there before. This is the sort of experience we always used to have at out small hometown JD dealer before they were forced out. This was very refreshing to still see a dealership treating every customer as being important even if it was someone out of their normal business area who came to them via a piece advertised on the Internet

There were a couple minor things broken that were replaced and they were easy and very accommodating in getting the piece delivered to me here.  Ended up needing to break it down some for transport but they came prepared to unload it without me needing to line up somebody on this end with the ability to lift it since it was more weight than my skidloader could lift.

All in all a very good experience and one which I thought deserved special recognition for going above and beyond to make everything work out !
