Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I don't have the pinout available but as far as boom sections go, Raven has been very consistent through the years with the wire colors and section numbers. Originally their devices just had three sections so they used Black, Brown and Blue. As new devices with more sections came along they continued this plan and added more. Boom 1 - Black Boom 2 - Brown Boom 3 - Blue Boom 4 - Black with white stripe Boom 5 - Brown with white stripe Boom 6 - Blue with white stripe Boom 7 - White with Black stripe Boom 8 - White with Brown stripe Boom 9 - White with Blue stripe Boom 10 - Pink The locations are generally NOT consecutive. One might think that the boom sections would be in order one after each other, this is not necessarily true. A complete pinout would be helpful for you. Hope this helps some.

Butterfield, MN | I downloaded this extension cable drawing from their dealer portal. This should have all the possible pins populated. Attachments ---------------- 115-0171-418.pdf (88KB - 778 downloads)

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Apparently Raven has changed their thinking on the Ground colors. For years Raven used White as the color for Ground. This was in contrast to other companies who used Black for ground. It appears in this cable at least that Black is used for Ground. This means that Black could no longer be used for Boom 1 as was done for years. The boom sections do appear to be in consecutive order which is not the case with other cables. Anyway the diagram should help with troubleshooting.
