Subject: Remove unwanted antivirus program

I had the anitvirus program, Antivirus XP 2008, show up on the computer. I have tried to remove it with the computer removal program but it will not remove it. A message shows up that the program has encountered a problem. On other programs it will work. I have windows xp.

I am not a computer geek at all.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!! THANKS!!
