angus man - 8/7/2016 15:13 Any one heard of cypress creek renewables. They are sending letters soliciting acreage for construction. They have sent contracts out also. Any pointers? If you are thinking of contracting with ANY Solar agents/companies - Get THEIR money up front to cover your contact attorney cost. Ask for attorney fees UP FRONT - or dismiss them and don't get involved. There was a big one here contracting (tying up acres) and lots of fancy talk in contract. Didn't work out and they filed bankruptcy and left lot'ta guys hung for expense (they promised big lease dollars and other monetary compensation). Get money up front to cover all your expenses negotiating with them. If they are serious, they'll put up the funds to cover your legal cost. Most of the legitimate companies ended up writing purchasing agreements and fulfilled those obligations . . . better to sell then be stuck with bankrupted companies solar hardware on your property - if interested, sell don't lease them the property . . .. from the way it's been working around the Twin City Metro outskirts areas . . . . . .. |
