Subject: Dry tolerant cover crop?

west cent ohio
Wheat is off, 10" of stubble left. Going to soybeans next year. Going to spread liquid hog manure soon. Is there a cover crop mixture that would catch the nutrients that fair better in these dry conditions? I can no-till drill or aerway before spreading or mow stubble after spreading. Maybe just save the money this year? Thanks for any input. It's hard to define dry, but which covers fair better in dry conditions?
