Subject: Soybean replant question

Medford, OK
First crop on my own, drilled 95k of Phillips 411NR2Y on 7.5" spacing on April 15th. Conditions were favorable at planting time but turned south in a hurry. Lows in the 40's with a 2" hard pounding rain have resulted in a 13,000 to 39,000 plant population. Waiting to hear back from seed dealer (local coop) on replant policies from Phillips if they have one. Should I plant the same variety of pick a shorter season to top plant what I have in field and at what population should I plant? Going to plant with a 30" planter to disturb as little as possible since pre emerge is already down. Should I plant on an angle or just go with the existing rows in the field? TIA guys
