Subject: Custom Combining Beans-rock damage-who pays??

Dalton, OH
I have a neighbor who would like to have me harvest some beans for him this year, 200-500 acres depending on what time allows. How do most of you handle damges from rocks in a field when you are doing custom work? He wants to talk about it and come to an agreement up front because he does have rocks and much of it is rolling ground. I'm not so worried about guards and knives breaking, its more the bigger rocks causing auger damage and other things. Who pays? Should I just charge a few more dollars and acre and cover it myself or do I charge him for all of the repairs? If I do the latter, he will probably not have me do it as he doesn't want to repair my head. All suggestions are appreciated. I'm running a 9760 STS with a 630 platform.

Thanks,
