ECIL/WCIN | 2012 model bought used midway thru lat season. Supposedly only used 2012, sat 2013. All updates done. Head works great. Lost a snapping roll earlier in the week. Cone was broke off the front as was the shaft that holds it on. Dealer had parts, but when I asked what might have caused it I got the "we never see those break" routine. I'm not saying he is lying, and they are a large volume dealer with great service. I'm just curious if anyone here has had the same issue, because we broke another one on a different row after hours last night. Won't be able to talk to them or get parts until Monday morning.
