Chebanse, IL.....

Wonder if anyone else is seeing this occasional login problem @ myjohndeere.com.

In the fall of 2014 we suddenly 1 day could no longer log in to our myjohndeere account. Message came up & said password invalid. We use the site regularly & login regularly. Our JD AMS tech was able to get us a "new" password, though no one had an explanation as to why it was needed. JD doesn't seem to have a time limit on passwords either. It was just a fluke. So....new password worked fine until this a.m. (2/26/15). We have used the site this past week...no problems. Suddenly we can't log in again. Tried different computers. Called our same friend....the problem-solving competent AMS tech....he couldn't log in either w/our old password. Had to create yet another new password. He made a few calls asking for explanation from JD. No response yet. We have made no computer changes in recent times either.

Just wondering if anyone else is or has experienced this sudden "invalid password" that seems to kill your cherished password. Oh....then JD will not allow an old password to ever be reused.
