Running an S690. Keep plugging these concaves. 25% corn goin 250-300. I have tried numerous settings nothing seems to help. Put a Deere round bar back in the first concave and it does not plug. Currently have rotor set at 370-390 31MM. Suggestions? By the way it is doing this in both S690's set the same

Wow, that is not quite what their add shows. I was considering a set, maybe not so much seeing this. I thought they only have the rear concave and then disrupters. I misunderstood their add if you replace all three concave sections.

This happened last year early in the season and I had my customer tighten the concave down real tight for about 100 feet, the cobs will scrub the concave clean. I am sure the shucks that you found were not tight and could be eliminated easily but how can I know how to fix your problem if I am not made aware of it??. My customer last year wasn't loosing corn out the rotor and the only reason he new this was happing was because at noon break he took the covers off and looked. Your concaves are NEW. They haven't got the paint off of them yet. Please give me a chance to help you as this system will work. Thanks, Donnie 765-258-4024

We saw a little of that last fall, early in the season. Seems like we ran tighter and slower and didn't have any more issues. I can't recall for sure but I think 24-25MM was kind of the break point. Rotor around 320... Sounds like you probably have tried all that though.

Once the corn dried down a little it was not a problem at all...

I will be giving you a call tomorrow or Monday. These concaves are not new they have approximately 6000 acres through them. They were new last year. Had similar issue last year. Once corn dried down and plant died we had no issues

those round bars look HUGE!- what kind of spacing and diameter are they? I'd be concerned you are shoving whole cobs through the bars rather than rolling them through properly. the round bars i run stay clean even in 35% corn and work good in dry corn and beans both

someone was on here with the same problems a yr or two ago, not sure what they come up with to fix it. does he sell just the rear ones still, I think the rear and the disrupters would be a nice setup. I think a lot of my corn will be done at 25%ish this yr because its good and stand isn't great
