| Waaaay too much time inside to think about things in this weather.
I am still looking at feed grinders. I found a couple that the dealer said had the "hay feeding option" What the heck does that mean? Only thing I could find was that in some pictures it looked like there was a serrated 4 blade roller in front of the hammers. Is that it? If so then I am guessing it just limits how fast it will take hay into the hammer mill?
Also while perusing Dv auctions, I saw they had a Black Hereford sale yesterday. That wasn't a fellow stock talker was it? I was thinking there was a Black Hereford breeder on here. Is it cows-n-crops? I can't remember for sure and hope I don't insult anybody with a wrong guess. What I little I got to see, it looked like some nice cows. | |
